SentinelLink is a technology marketplace platform that connects Security Companies and Security Guards for job opportunities, shift management, and communication purposes.
SentinelLink is not a security provider, employer, labour hire company, recruitment agency, or contracting party between users.
User Responsibilities
Companies
Companies are solely responsible for:
- verifying licences, certifications, and qualifications
- workplace compliance and legal obligations
- insurance coverage
- worker payments
- workplace safety
- shift conditions and instructions
Guards
Guards are solely responsible for:
- maintaining valid licences and certifications
- ensuring profile information is accurate and up to date
- complying with Australian laws and site requirements
- professional conduct during shifts
Platform Disclaimer
SentinelLink does not guarantee:
- employment opportunities
- availability of shifts
- performance or conduct of users
- payment outcomes
- legal compliance between parties
Any disputes, incidents, injuries, damages, employment matters, or payment disagreements remain solely between the Company and Guard involved.
Account & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activity conducted under their account.
SentinelLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity.
Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription fees, platform fees, and payment terms are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Payments processed through third-party providers such as Stripe are subject to those providers' terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, software, and intellectual property associated with SentinelLink remain the property of SentinelLink unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SentinelLink shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from:
- use of the platform
- user conduct
- employment disputes
- shift performance
- injuries or incidents
- payment disputes
Privacy
By using SentinelLink, users consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
SentinelLink may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
